Currently I work for Trade Republic where I work as an engineer within the Data Platform team. Some of my responsibilities include:
- Working on the implementation of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) within the company while also setting up our CRM tool

I worked at Smava GmbH where I was with our SEA marketing team (one and a half years) and then shifted into our Marketing Analytics team. Here I analyzed the performance of various marketing teams, communicated the findings to team leads, built reports, as well as found technical solutions to problems they face. Some of my achievements:
- Mentoring and training junior and intern level teammates, as well as, scoping out projects for them and having one-on-ones
